Large, sweet, pink beefsteak-type tomatoes with low blossom end rot when dry farmed; a tastier, higher-yielding replacement to Brandywine. The top performing beefsteak type tomato in 2020-2021 dry farming trials at OSU. Very tasty and sweetens up well even in the mild Pacific Northwest climate. Heirloom variety from the Mennonites of Wisconsin. First introduced to Seed Savers Exchange in 1985 by Thane H. Earle of Whitewater, Wisconsin
